Anime Expo...anyone going?

So Anime Expo is coming up and even though Anime isn't my really my thing anymore, working a gig that can I make some extra cash at is! I'll be at the Shinhan International booth. They're a Korean Art supply store and I got a sweet gig doing art demonstrations with their products. I'll be there on the 4th and 5th some time around noon to 3, so if you're there drop by and say hi. God knows I won't know anyone else there. Also some more caricature art up at my blog!! [link]


Also, I'm still taking commissions. I can't remember my first prices but with a gas shortage and rabbit food prices skyrocketing people could use some discounts so

$5 for a B&W head shot of any one person, character etc.
$8 for a B&W full body sketch
$8 extra for color

I scan them at 300 dpi and in color. After that I'll mess with them in Photshop.

What scanner settings do you use when scanning pencil sketches (fully coloured on not)? And... what scanner settings do you use when scanning coloured marker pen work ?
